The majority of local TeenScreen Schools and Communities programs are located in middle and high schools, and thus implement our school-based screening model. Other communities implement the program in mental health clinics, youth programs and juvenile justice facilities and use our community-based model. In short, mental health screening can be implemented anywhere that a group of teens is present and the appropriate staff and facilities are in place to conduct the screening.
